shares of Chanson International Holding will be held on August 24, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time, which shall be followed by the extraordinary general meeting of all shareholders of the Company. The Class A EGM will be held in a hybrid format. In-person participants will be able to attend the Class A EGM at B9 Xinjiang Chuangbo Zhigu Industrial Park, No. 100 Guangyuan Road, Shuimogou District, Urumqi, Xinjiang, China 830017.
